Virginia Highlands

Historic Virginia Highland is Atlanta’s most popular neighborhood for shopping, dining and nightlife. Developed in the early 1900’s, it consists of seven distinct commercial “villages” alternating with short, walk able blocks of charming bungalow homes. The neighborhood’s name derives from the intersection of Virginia and Highland Avenues.

Virginia Highlands is located East of Piedmont Park and Ansley park right at the north side of Midtown Atlanta and has is a great place for anyone to live. The location makes it a popular place to live for people who desire some of the characteristics found in the suburbs married with all that is great about in town living. The school system is very good and home values hold up well even in down markets.
